A couple of posts back, in a comment, Toby Burton mentioned that I played at the Libertine pub in Borough, for his noble Rock-Til-You-Drop outfit – it was the Sunday after SOP's gig at Bar Rumba, would you believe it.
I only mention it because here's the proof, courtesy of a friend of Vera's (Vera being the one in the photo sensibly not holding a guitar):
More to the point, SOP play at the same venue, also for RTYD, in November. On the 7th, apparently. So if you can't join us at the Bull and Gate (consider yourself invited; RSVP), make a Note to Self. Or a Tattoo to Self, if you prefer. It's as you prefer, basically. I'm not forcing you. Just do your thing. OK?
In other news: you'll be pleased to hear that J Drummond survived the Great North Run. Amazing. How does he do it? Not a scratch on him. Ah well. Next time, Drummond. Next time.
