What does London sound like?

The members of SoP might hail from all four corners of the country, but London is where we lay our hats. So this post is dedicated to dragging out the best of London music - from The Kinks in Muswell Hill to Marie Lloyd in the Hackney Music Halls.  What's your favourite London song?  A couple of mine below:

Cockney Translation - Smiley Culture

Girl VII - Saint Etienne

London itself doesn't seem to have a signiture sound like Memphis soul, Chicago Blues, Mersybeat or Miami Bass.  Lots of possible reasons why at this link.  Some interesting London sounds sites below

Well, London Song by June Caravel! By far the most innovative video I came across recently... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qSt30r4qMKU
